Well, I think it's fair to say that none of us saw this coming! As you can see, Bryan Singer and 20th Century Fox have today announced that 2016 will see the release of X-Men: Apocalypse. There's currently no word on whether the movie will focus on the original team of X-Men or the First Class bunch, but with Hugh Jackman committed to another solo Wolverine movie, it might just be a safe bet to say he WON'T be a part of it.
